All very true. It's sad that it is this way, but it's true that a lot more than a good voice is needed.

You're right, the LM girls are just genuine friends. I wouldn't even be surprised if girlband members were just friendly work colleagues and not actual friends, but the thought of them completely ignoring one another and having to 'turn it on' for the cameras seems so depressing.
