Honestly #150-200 on iTunes is probably not a big spread in sales these days. Could just be noise, or could be a nice little response to US airplay stepping up a bit.
I really hope Spotify is open to re-adding it to some stateside playlists in a few weeks or it's going to struggle mightily there.
Edit: Youtube is strongly associating the video with Clean Bandit now, which has gotten off to a flying start here.
