They still have work to do in Europe. Went to spend Christmas at my family in Paris none of them know who little mix are. I've offered the kids the last 4 cds but I doubt they play them. However if you say 5H or DC, everyone knows who they are.

I'll be happy once they sit on the European market. Forget about the us lol

A shame because I think SLS could've had a chance at winning the BRIT.

What changed so radically this year for LM to go from zero to hero with streaming? Did the public just have an epiphany? Was it down to better label strategy on the timing? I dont get it. That dramatic explosion with SOTMX in its first week especially.

Maybe they were trying to give LM more time! Now they'd have to nominate them for Best Group or Best Album.

I couldn't find 2017's again only 2016's so I don't know what happened there. It'll probably end up just being a waiting game to see what gets nominated, when are the nominations revealed?

Touch is more than a grower. That song is a bonafide hit.

Not many songs can peak on the charts at #4 with just ONE performance and no video. Casual music fans LOVE the song and it's doing the job of reaching beyond their own fans. The amounts of snapchats I've seen with the song in the background especially during this festive season has really surprised me. The video is only going to strengthen the song's performance.

Even if Touch was to drop down now, the fact it peaked at #4 for two weeks is very impressive with such little promo. I think it will continue to do well though, especially when the video is released. Looks like it will be certified Silver in less than two weeks time and I think that's just the beginning.

I have my first conversion! My friend, who's older than me, was curious about the concert I'm going to in March. I told her about Little Mix briefly highlighting their singing and humor (absolutely no mention of exes) and she looked them up on her own and said she liked them. In return she's informing me about Ariana Grande.

What is the context of this besides what you posted? Who what etc. Kind of excited it was used though, is that HK or the mainland?

Mainland, the group is based in Shanghai. I tried digging but didn't find anything else - it's probably in Chinese or on Weibo. Probably didn't pay any rights fees, heh.
