If they were monolithic I'd take the slow, but with LM they are slow and passive. I'll say Epic has some aggressive radio pluggers because they flogged Thats My Girl hard when it was only running on fumes.

Looks like radio play is all SOTME needs to get a good bit higher, they should also push Touch and Oops while they are at it.

Surely oops is nailed on for the kids choice award season, early march when they are still in the country, Puth sang there last year with wiz kalhifa (however you spell it). Its catchy, I think he won some awards too.

I wonder if, fantasizing that Columbia actually does something this time, it goes SOTMX-Oops-Touch saving Touch for the Summer. By that time their Tropical House track will be really behind though.

3 months radio play in the US is really short. Thats usually for tracks that dont go anywhere.

I'm just getting around to this. Boy he was all over this like a cheap suit! "Its an amazing goddamn Pop song". He said Private Show just barely missed his Top 50.

39 JASON DERULO Cheyenne
32 LITTLE MIX Black Magic

26 AUSTIN MAHONE Dirty Work

Last time they got 32 adds on impact, how will they do this time? Will they get a Hot Tracks spot to launch the song?

The video isn't at 130m yet Columbia. But hey at least the album spending 3 weeks at #1 is true now.

I wish they were more accurate because I have no idea whether to believe their claims that (for example) this is the best Shazaming track yet.

Not to excuse them totally but I think these are mostly composed on a Friday so they "anticipate". If the YT views hadnt suddenly decreased it would have been just under 130 million.

I work with a girl who absolutely hates Little Mix, but informed me today that she really likes "Touch" because it "sounds nothing like Little Mix" as is "mature". It made me think "No More Sad Songs" is probably the most fitting follow up on those grounds, however, it's not performing that well on Spotify & iTunes in comparison to their other tracks.

Hooray for Glory Days being number one in the mids again and Touch holding on to #4. What a way they are beginning 2017.

I've seen so many positive Tweets from 20-somethings who like Touch, and virtually no complaints compared to SOTME. Also some veteran pop fans who gave it a listen and finally think they might become "a thing." The next song after Oops is a big choice, particularly since I think the general public may regard that as a Puth song first.

NMSS is performing very well considering its position on the album, the fact it wasn't a grat track, and the fact that it's not presented on things like the Spotify artist top 10 (it's appeared a few times which means it's probably hanging out at #11).

The tricky bit is that Power is performing better by the same criteria. I can pretty easily justify passing up YGN or FU for NMSS but that one's tougher.

Yeah Power is performing the best in regards to iTunes by a huge margin. I love Power and hope it will be a single, but NMSS does seem like a sensible choice after Touch. I hate that we're getting Oops as the following would have been so perfect.

Shout Out To My Ex
Touch
No More Sad Songs
Power

I hope we get five singles considering Oops is third, and they follow it up with NMSS & Power (don't mind which order).

Put 'Oops' in that list and what a diverse set of songs it makes!

I think it should be 5 singles this time.
