They did a commercial today? Hope it's better than the Cornetto one.

Leigh-Anne f**king Pinnock is just body goals!! Seriously, she just oozes so much sex appeal and sassiness and vocally has become SO MUCH MORE confident. I'm so glad she started belting out those big notes more and more since the GW era.

I love her "tribute to Mel C" outfit

Haha just noticed that actually. She even makes track suit bottoms look unbelievable. I say it time and time again but for me her and Rihanna are the only two celebrities to rock any hair style, make up look, dress (even if it's hideous) and make it look AMAZING.

No mix men? Or other staging? Well, this is a performance that shows they know how to command the stage with very little support. They really seem to completely know what they are doing out there this era.

Maybe it should be Shout Out to Mel C?

Late breaking info. They are on fire! The missing Spotify would have added another 4,900 sales.

Tuesday Update Top 40 Only
Missing Data: Spotify (Monday), Apple Music (Monday)

Singles

1 Little Mix - Shout Out to My Ex (63.3k)
2 James Arthur - Say You Won't Let Go (38.4k)
3 The Chainsmokers feat. Halsey - Closer (26.0k)
4 The Weeknd feat. Daft Punk - Starboy (25.0k)
5 Hailee Steinfeld & Grey feat. Zedd - Starving (22.2k)

The song increased 15k in one day without Spotify adding its 4800 points!

I don't think the Mix Men have been used for any SOTME performances.

Is anyone else getting a bit tired of the continued Spice Girls mentions/questions/associations? The SG were massive yes, but they were also dead and buried within 5 years whilst LM are currently at the top of their game and - let's face it - could wipe the floor with the SG talent-wise.

Yes, but I think it's interesting they're coming up now. Don't feel that would have been the case at the start of the GW era.

I saw that Mel C indirectly brought the provocative issue up again today, but hey, she's got a new album to sell apparently.

The Spices with the original intact lineup flamed out within 3 years, didnt they? LM are becoming unique in having stayed intact, and being increasingly successful after 5 years. I'd even put them up over GA because the cracks were already starting with Nadine getting her own management separate from the group.

Slowing down some now, "only" averaging 3.64 million daily. Today was actually 3 million.

Tomorrow they break 20 million views.

It's been hovering around 3m for the last few days, according to Kworb. Not to get too hyped, but that's basically what Work From Home did for about a month before US radio really kicked in iirc. Let's see if it can sustain this level, as Hair was on a plateau for about a week but dropped off it quickly after.

I'm annoyed Youtube is hiding more and more view counts in the sidebar. It diminishes the social proof the video's early performance could provide.

Do you think they can do 100k this week?

Also, even though Louisa is releasing her single this week, I think SOTME will still hold its own and I'm thinking it will be quite tough for Louisa to knock them off number 1.

Wouldn't it be lovely if this song was number 1 all the way up to Christmas! One can only dream

Let's see how much Simon pimps out Louisa on XF like he did with Little Mix! Haha!

They're on for 120k!

They announced their visit to Oz via the regional FB page. I am looking forward to their XF performance because this time, its not their first and they've had time to polish it to make a really good impression to that country.

I think with the promo whichever country they go will rise.

I'm just hoping they go all out promoting this single in the US but by the time they go back to US they will already have another single out.

Maybe this time every single they release will be released worldwide and no just UK/Ireland business.

I dont. I dont want them running around like chickens with their heads cut off chasing like previously. Let them do their game plan but make some accommodations if necessary to promote at key radio stations or maybe a Today Show performance or something, but dont drop everything like a brick. The ones I do want to go "all out" are Columbia since I feel like they've been passive in the past (except for BM) in hassling radio to play them.

I get what you're saying but if they ever want to be in a position to release singles and albums a few years down the line and it storm the charts (no matter what country they are in) they need to graft and make themselves known as CREDIBLE artists. As the girls said themselves in an interview earlier this year, if they go to the US they want to go for a few months and really work.
