I think 'Secret Love Song' without the Jason Derulo duet is more emotional and that all three ballads on 'Get Weird' are actually excellent.

And SOTME is a great pop single.

It's hard not to love them.

Maybe too simple, but to me you're credible if you have a reasonable degree of creative control at the beginning and end of the project and you're doing something you believe in. But you're right, those are the current rules.

They did name the album "Glory Days." But since their dynamics are more like traditional bands than most recent pop groups, I see no reason they couldn't have multiple successful eras.

Now I wish they'd named it "15 Minutes".
