Mike is perfectly happy regarding Timeless and his paid work for YOUR. Mike is the one actually responsible for the test loop and re-edited it the other day and must have missed one of the links that needed taken out. Not a major end of the world event.

Regarding 'Spencer Ventures'.. Well in the last year Gary Marshall and myself have rescued YOUR from where it was on the point of closing down because the newspaper group running it were fed up with it losing £100k+ per annum - a lot of that due to a lot of Black Labels mates thinking they had a cushy job. With a lot of hard work including regular 100 hour weeks by myself it's now on the path to success. We shall see what the station's first RAJAR book looks like in January..

Timeless Radio will be a creative success due to the hard work put in by all the team involved especially Mike as Head of Music, whether it will be financially we will have to see.
Glad to hear Mike is so involved Spencor, he really knows his stuff. Will vinyl frontier continue on your or is it moving to timeless?

Speaking of Cushy jobs im sure Gary was/ is on a pretty good wage concidering he came from Bauer. Is he still on the same money that the previous owners were paying?

As im sure Kenny was on big money money before he left but because Gary is co owner with you hes still there probably getting the biggest wage on the station. But at least Kenny and Grace are are now in more secure positions at Bauer.

Then there is Davey Davidson who came back to breakfast after Grace left but has now gone again with Stuart taking over. Have to say though Stuart is very good at breakfast.

But best of luck Spencer with the Rajars and Timeless im sure you will make it work

Automated easy listening music with announcements "launching on Thursday, 3rd November at 10 o'clock."

The 'test' loop has never been edited or changed with regards the launch date. No known start date. The 'test' loop has been running since early October.

One would imagine that no launch date will be announced this time until Spencer is sure he can meet it.

It is now almost 3 weeks since the original launch date and with no new one announced and Christmas once again 'just around the corner' there is the increasing possibility Timeless won't now launch till 2017.

Timeless Radio has been replaced by YOURXmas playing out all the usual Christmas hits. No idents, just automated music although Jim Kerr announced a Merry Christmas to all Your Radio listeners.

The slot which had Timeless Radio is being used as the DLS text states Timeless. Transmission is at 128 kbts stereo.

Looks likely that Timeless Radio will now launch in the New Year.

YOURXmas joins HeartXmas and SunXmas on DAB digital radio.

On the Glasgow Ofcom trial small-scale DAB mux, YOURXmas with its automated Christmas hit songs came to an end yesterday, Friday 30th December and today, Hogmanay, as it is known here in Scotland, the slot used by YOURXmas has gone back to Timeless Radio on the mux with automated test music.

The title label still states YOURXmas with the DLS text: This is Timeless Radio. Easy listening memories. See us at www.timelessradio.uk

Timeless Radio has been 'testing' with automated easy listening music and 'coming soon' announcements since October 2016.

It was to originally to launch in September 2016, but that was delayed until October and then Timeless Radio announced on-air and on the website a launch on 3rd November 2016, but that was cancelled at the last moment and has been pushed-back to early 2017.

The 'Timeless' label has been displayed today, Monday 2nd January 2017 following the resumption of Timeless Radio on Saturday, 31st December 2016.

Automated mix of music with Jazz styles, light classics, lots of instrumentals. Probably music from the 1950s and early 1960s before 'pop music' was invented! No idents or announcements.
