(FILL IN THE MISSING WORD/S)

* This refers to the dark-shirted male behind Tess' right shoulder just after Claudia's "A-Kestrel" joke at 41:21. He was spotted a few times throughout the show and was perenially as miserable as sin. Honestly, he made Craig look like Mary Poppins!!!

I thought we could have some fun as to what we think may have been behind his strange demenour...

He signed up for jujitsu but came out the wrong lift

He was obviously a "plus one," we men often endure what we would consider "trauma," for the sake of our womenfolk. He obviously would rather have been elsewhere.

I think winning tickets to a Strictly live recording would be one of my husband's worst nightmares. Probably akin for me to the thought of having to go on one of his rugby tours

To be perfectly honest I would never even think of asking my husband to go to any musical or dance show. I like to enjoy myself and a skeleton at the feast would certainly put a damper on that!

I did persuade mine to go to Les Miserables (tres apt!) with me a few years ago. He sort of enjoyed it but said the best part was the gin and tonic in the interval and next time he'd rather go and see a "proper play". I did try.

I agree one million times he has said he'll come with me to see Pasha's show when they are in town next year - I've declined his kind offer

He's the member of Wardrobe team who drew the short straw and has to unpick dancers costumes and sew them back in if they need a toilet break

I turned down Miss Saigon a few times. Fortunately she has a girlfriend who will go with her.
I took them to see Jersey Boys, a while back at the Palace Theatre Manchester.
When I say "took them," I meant just that, I dropped them off and came back to collect them when the show was over. I was early so I spent half an hour in the theatre bar, on my own chatting to the barman. We were the only two in there. They certainly know how to charge for Peronis.

My husband has been to shows with my back in the day. We saw Les Mis (which he enjoyed), Cats (he went to sleep), Me and My Girl (he loved it) and various others. He hated Miss Saigon though.

He had eaten a dodgy kebab and was desperate for the loo but couldn't move because the camera was on Tess and he was in shot.

Awww... Give him a chance... Sounds like he's prepared to make the effort!

He had an electric shock button fitted to his seat by production to be used so Tess could say "They are on their feet" after every flaming dance.

He was suffering the torture chairs that Strictly provides to watch the show. I have been there and after an hour or so you wish death appon those who decided on them

I guess the smaller the chairs, the fuller the place looks.

You should perhaps keep your eyes open for a production of this play.

... he was traumatised by a glimpse of the Anton rug displayed during the James Brown pro routine.
