Gleb and Jana's AT from DWTS. Love it hate it, you have to admire his choreography.

It looks like the problems Anita had with the way she used her legs and feet might have been more to do with Gleb's teaching than just a problem of hers, as this lady's look pretty poor too.

I didn't have enough time to get to the feet... I will now have to take another look.

Was it a Tango or a Argentinian Tango? I saw very little of either in that performance. That has always been my issue with DWTS. The dances performed bear little or no resemblance to the dance they are being asked to perform. And to be honest I thought it verged on the side of sleaze.

Why are we seeing thus in the main SCD forum? Isn't there a dedicated DWTS forum for this sort of post?

Same here. I had eyes only for Gleb, but from what I noticed of Jana, I thought she danced very well.


I just don't like Murdoch, so no Sky. I always admire variety. Sometimes it gets boring watching similar choreo, all the time.

An AT - yeah right - another pro who knows f*all about AT - That was just awful - really bad

I'd class that as a Showdance with hints of .....something tangoish, or .......suggestions of AT.

Have seen much better, and sexier tbh.

I absolutely hated that dance.

It's practically impossible to identify what dance they were supposed to be performing. If it was a ballroom Tango then it's utterly lacking in any kind of proper hold, if it's an Argentine, the leg placement is all wrong, the hold is wrong and the lifts were seriously out of place.

Nothing on DWTS ever resembles the dance it's supposed to be. It's hilariously awful and tacky, however who cares in this instance? It's wet Gleb

The video says Tango, may it's a Tango.

No harm in having different videos in the MF, it's still dancing and the title says it's from DWTS. I posted it here, so people like me who don't watch DWTS or visit that forum
can watch the video. Love it or not, it's different.

I think Strictly is heading that way, getting more and more diluted each year.

Well that all just looked a bit sleazy to me...

That was NOT an AT or a Tango, that was just some random moves and posing done to totally inappropriate rubbish music - Don't find Gleb attractive and his choreography is pants, thank god he went to DWTS which I don't watch.

I don't watch DWTS, but if anyone does - I'm wondering what Len's reaction to this was.
Does he adopt a different persona in the US, or does he still try to mark and comment according to what the dance SHOULD be like?

I think Len is taking a short holiday from DWTS at the moment, he does this for a few weeks each year. But he would absolutely hate this routines if someone did anything like it on Strictly.

I like Gleb but even that was a bit too gimmicky for my liking . He is very much suited for dwts than strictly .
