Gleb & Alyaz are cut from the same cloth, handsome men with a smile and not much between the ears. Both of them are rubbish choreographers intent on recycling their choreo with different partners.

That was stunning and sensual and beautiful.

I still enjoyed the Gleb one as a showdance of sorts but this one was the real deal.

BIB - Same here. I really love the choreo and the way it was executed. I am all for people who think outside the box.

I didn't mind it and I like Gleb's creativity.

There wasn't much AT in there though and not sure about the cartwheel bit - that was ugly.

Jana looked stunning.

Nice to see Gleb's choreography has mellowed since moving to DWTS.

Love his routines - they're certainly not dull, that's for sure. And who needs to have a clue what the dance is anyway.

Just goes to show that Gleb is more suited to DWTS the Strictly and he used our show to get back to where he wanted to be. Nothing wrong with that by the way.

Bet he studied tapes of the Argentina version and wanted to go further.

If I remember correctly, when the US DWtS started it was said from the outset that it wouldn't have the same stringent rules as the UK version simply because (again from memory) Ballroom/Latin wasn't "as big a thing" (i.e. they didn't have the Come Dancing background and history that the Beeb had, to fall back on) and the audiences would have different expectations.

I suspect that's why they do a lot more mixed styles, contemporary, jazz etc on the US version than we have over here. They had other than 10 dance quite a lot earlier than they were introduced here on SCD.

Have to admit I too noticed that Jana's feet were, well, a mess, but as a DWTS Argentine Tango I absolutely loved it, same as I loved Paige & Mark's last season; rather ashamed to say that they are to my taste, which says a lot about me.

Good grief! I know Craig says he likes 'filth' in a dance, but to take a shower in the middle of it seems a bit excessive.

This amply illustrates everything I find unappealing about Gleb, and why Poor Anita suffered because of it.

And it doesn't bear any kind of resemblance to a tango, Argentinian or otherwise.
