Is Pearce really that bad? - ED
I have to admit I have quite warmed to Pearce and don;t believe he really is that bad as some make out to be. I just feel as though he'll be used as a pawn to eventually get Rhona and man child Paddy back together.

Pierce is being made out t be this big baddie waiting to erupt- simply so Paddy can play the hero. So the guy likes his house tidy and he doesn't like his GF being to pally with her ex (the same man who had an affair with his first wife) however people want to read into these things that he is a psychopath waiting to happen. They are purposely making him more extreme so we can all forgive that idiot Paddy and watch him bumble and giggle his way back into Rhonas heart :/ |

He hasn't done anything especially bad yet, no.
I believe Paddy/Rhona and Piere will all be safe for their story to play out further. |

As well as the above suggestions I think they're also trying to point out Tess had reason to cheat on him with Paddy. All in all they're blaming Pierce for everything!
God forbid Paddeh is the one whose in the wrong, it was all Pierce's fault all along. Shame they're going down this route as I quite like Pierce.

He's a total control freak. Love how people would love to see Rhona in an obviously abusive relationship just to punish Paddy! Whilst Pierce may not physically abuse her, he manipulates Rhona, and I have no doubt that it would in time lead to violence. He pursued Rhona purely to get revenge on Paddy and wreck his life, and he's turning nasty now because she's thwarting his plan, not because he loves her!

I think he needs to let everyone involved suffer for the loss of his wife. He seems very dangerous to me . |

Anyone who is mean to Paddy has to be a good guy to me.
![]() Sadly, I have a feeling that Pierce is going to die this week, so Rhona will end up back with the boring bald one.

Let's face it, Rhona keeps letting him down.

SULLA!! You surely can't be excusing him?! Like Rhona deserves to be treated so disgracefully?!

It's not that people would prefer Rhona to be with a manipulative control freak just so she doesn't go back to Paddy- what people think- or certainly what I think- is it is a shame that Pierce turned out to be, controlling and a bit of a "wrong un" as it inevitably means Paddy will get to play the hero and win Rhona back. Pierces bad traits are totally being exaggerated for this reason and it's a shame because I don't want Rhona to go back to the useless, giggling man child that is Paddy. As for Pierce's likelihood of becoming violent with Rhona... Tess never ever suggested there was anything as bad as that going on so I doubt he was ever physically violent. |

No Pierce isn't that bad right now. However I think all this evil Pierce stuff at this point is just a classic red herring to keep people in suspense over what happens this week. I think the main part of the Pierce/Paddy/Rhona triangle will play out after the events of suspense week and was always planned that way. I'll reserve judgment until I see the main part of the story.

I like Pearce but its obvious he will turn out to be a bad guy just so Rhona can get back with awful paddy. So predictable.

Rhona needs to sack off the pair of them but I suppose 'woman is independent' wouldn't be such a good or dramatic storyline! |

I think Rhona might die and so does Pierce. Which is why he got them to save Paddy, he will punish him for this, Pierce didn't want to let Paddy die there and then, he wants to make him pay.

I like Pierce a lot, the actor clearly enjoys playing his part because he was overacting this week.
