Yeah love FA Cup coverage. Beats a dull episode of Eastenders.

ATM there is more action in a Football match than there is in an episode of Eastenders so I say bring it on!

Whitney and Lee's wedding was meant to be on that day. However I'm not sure if football will change the schedule.

Won't the football start at 7:55 so they might still squeeze EE in...?

That match will be on BBC2. The big teams join in Round 3 which takes place in early January.

Oh sod off. Football is rarely shown on terrestial TV these days (thanks to Sky - all round bastards) and is far more entertaining than the dross EE is churning out atm. The FA Cup is a national tradition, and the BBC are going to show it, given the amount they'll have spent on it. Given it's being going through preliminaries since August I'd be thankful they didn't shhow 6 prelimanary Friday night matches (as I'd have liked to have seen)

It's on BBC2 anyway dipsticks

Nout to see here.

Third Round matches normally get BBC1 treatment as that's when Championship and Premier League clubs are entered into the draw.

Presumably whoever started this thread read that article, or another press release saying it'd be shown before posting it. The fact it's on BBC2 is in the first paragraph of the flaming article. This thread is just someone attempting to create a furore over an non-existent problem, or as I like to call it a Cherynobl in of an empty field.
