They were clearly in nice warm weather in Brighton yesterday, yet leaves the boardroom as if he is off to the Arctic. It is clearly late spring/early summer outside.
Isn't it because they film the taxi bit at the beginning of the series and they have to wear a big raincoat to cover up their clothes because they won't be wearing that when they're sacked?

Possibly. But they just create a new continuity error by doing that! They were all outside in t-shirts back at the house
