This sounds like their exit is going to be massive. It also suggests there may be more shock departures.

I already posted it in the other thread.

Good to see they are intending to keep it shrouded in mystery.

Also says high drama is on the way

No doubt the 'multiple endings' that are (not) being filmed are part of the Sun's attempt to back out of the 'ronnie and Roixy' to die at New Year bollox they printed a few month ago.

I still reckon they will do a "Thelma and Louise" and drive off the Cliffs Of Dover

No further forward then We know balderdash all just like we have since SOC took over, we'll just have to possess ourselves with patience, something this forum doesn't seem to know the meaning of

I really hope that Ronnie and Roxy's exits don't get leaked to the point where we know exactly how they leave.

Jake Wood said in 2014 that DTC said they were going to film 15 different endings for the Lucy storyline to hide secrecy but only one was filmed (although when filming in rehearsals for the flashback episode live scene, it was practiced to seem like Ian was the killer to avoid leaks).

I really hope it's something better than a thelma & louise rip off.

The production companies cut back on on-location shoots and reduce the number of actors appearing in episodes to keep within a budget. You even hear about actors getting into big trouble for poor time-keeping and the money it costs when delays occur...

So we're to believe the BBC(!) approve of shooting multiple endings that will never see the light of day?

While I believe the BBC has probably instructed the producers to be frugal, EE's cast and casting in episodes I don't believe to have been subject to it, and I think we will find the cast numbers increasing again very soon, and yes in order to keep secrets and therefore ratings for such events multiple endings being shot is indeed very believable

In total agreement. As if they have the time or money to waste on multiple endings. The only thing they can do is not print the scenes for those not involved.

I also think the statement in this is a very clear warning to whoever leaked the story originally. Maybe they think there is a mole in the cast.

I would love to say something now about what I think happened but with that pinned topic I better not. I think people will know who it is I'm thinking about though!

I hope that they appear dead and everyone thinks they are dead but we the audience know they are alive. The only issue with this though is whether its believable that Ronnie would leave Matthew and Roxy leave Amy.

So this confirms they leave at New Year then. So much for a non dramatic festive season

I wonder what it means by Ronnie and Roxy might not be the only ones killed off? does this mean an explosion of some sort is going to rock the Square??
