Agreed. I miss Dara

This week's was the the worst ever probably to be surpassed by next week's show. Gabby (360 degrees) Roslin just talked nonsense, Hugh looked bored and the businesswoman incapable of cracking a smile.

I'm not enjoying Rhod on this..I like him and find him amusing but he needs to learn when to shut up and let the candidate speak!!! He asks a question then answers his own question then asks something else then butts in before the candidate can even answer the first question..resulting in a mixed up conversation flitting from one topic to another.
His amusing observations are good,his interviewing skills need work.

Might Rhod be unused to hearing the producer in his ear? Dara would have been used to this from Mock the Week and the various other shows he has presented. Rhod hosted Buzzcocls, though, so maybe that is not it.

But You're Fired does not seem to flow any more. There seem to be breaks between one discrete thing and the next. If the candidate says something in response to a panellist, it can catch Rhod unawares.

Dara wouldn't have done the hilarious 'you'd like to 'do' Mukai' line on Gaby.
