Your favourite villian moments

Poor wording on the topic and Don,t really know how to word this but watching Emerdale last night with Emma on the bridge after causing the pile up what are your most memorable single scene acts by villian,s of soaps

For example mine would be

Richard Hillman ( To Maxine) - you should have stayed at the party before battering her to death with a crow bar.

Emma on the bridge last night looking so deranged

Don Brennan on coronation street years ago trying to run down Mike Baldwin

Yours please

Loved Emma Barton last night. Sat in a wedding dress shaking in shock with the mass destruction this seemingly sweet, petite woman had caused just underneath her.

I have to say the image of Emma Barton on that bridge last night was quite something. Gillian Kearney smashed it out of the park.

A moment that sticks out in my head was the episode of EastEnders where Ian was running around trying to collect money to avoid bankruptcy (I think it aired in 2000) and he eventually met Phil, who made him kneel before him and ask for money before callously refusing. Phil was a seriously nasty piece of work in the run up to him getting shot. Some would argue he still is, but I do think he's mellowed. Also when he slapped Sharon in the Vic - anyone remember that? I seem to remember it was also the episode where Dennis told Sharon that Den was still alive, and she didn't believe him. Perhaps I'm wrong?

Yeah loved that scene with Ian begging Phil for the money and Phil saying that Ian had his comeuppance.

Another one I forgot to include was the icon scene with Kim Tate applying lipstick after causing franks heart attack.

Clare Devine breaking the fourth wall with her airport exit in 2007. If only they hadn't brought her back...

I don't think anything will ever top Kim Tate watching Frank have a heart attack, then using her compact to first check he wasn't breathing before fixing her make-up.

When Tony beat up Callum in corrie last yr, i thought it was proper funny when Tony said to Callum"u think ur the big man don't u?" and Callum went "yeah big time" then Tony brayed him

Callum was such a weakling

Agreed. Clare should never have been seen again after her fabulous 2007 exit. Her 2009 return was woeful and her 2013 comeback was even worse.

Richard Hillman clobbering Maxine to death with a crowbar

Cameron popping up behind Debbie in the flooded pub cellar

Cameron killing Gennie and Alex which was chilling

Graham shoving Rachel off a clifftop

I would say Emma on the bridge and all of John Stape too but I don't see them as villains. A villain is someone unlikeable who you can't root for and is irredeemable, which isn't how I see either of these characters.

ED - Pretty much all of Robert's "evil" moments. Ryan Hawley can really nail the bad boy side to him.

All of Annie's evil moments in Sunset Beach especially her feud with Meg (who I didn't like).

Two moments stand out for me
- Sadie King's grin when Jimmy King fell through the flooring in the showhome collapse, only for it to be wiped off, as she squeals and is sent flying down it by the next explosion. Absolutely hilarious
- Steph Stokes at her trial deciding to confess as justice for Shelly after previously denying her involvement in Terrence's the whole time "I'd like to confess to the murder". so camp but it was incredible, and that music "the lady in red" went so well with it.

Pretty much any scene with Trevor Jordache in Brookside. A wife beating, rapist, alcoholic paedophile. I don't think there's been a more villainous soap character since.

Andy Holt chasing Mel Burton through a deserted and pitch black fairground type thing and getting impaled on a pole. (Hollyoaks)

Everything involving Silas (Hollyoaks)

Tony Gordon walking back into the blazing inferno of Underworld (Corrie)

Cameron Murray surfacing behind Debbie like a hippo in the flooded Woolie cellar (Emmerdale)

I wouldn't call it the best villain moment, probably not even the best of Janine, but one that stuck in my head from Janine in EastEnders was in the aftermath of Michael Moons death. Herself and Alice had to do video recorded statements and Janine had her crocodile tears going and said that Alice stabbed Michael multiple times when we all know Janine dealt the final stab. She then walks out of the interview with a fabulous "I've gotten away with it" smirk.
