I think it's safe to say Little Mix will never be as big as The Spice Girls or TLC. Ever.

The Spice Girls opened the doors for most of the girl bands that have come out since the end of the 1990s. I can still see their influence on pop stars today. They're iconic. Whether you like them or not they were a pop phenomenon, they are THE defining pop band of the 1990s. They've only released three studio albums in 20 years (the last one was in 2000), but their worldwide success was far, far bigger than that of Girls Aloud, Sugababes, All Saints and Little Mix. GA are non-entities outside of the UK. AS and Sugababes only had a few hits in other countries.
Little Mix hasn't released anything as successful as Wannabe. In fact, they haven't released a song that's anywhere near as good as Viva Forever, Stop, Who Do You Think You Are, Too Much, Say You'll Be There, Goodbye or 2 Become 1. The Spice Girls have at least half a dozen solid pop songs in their back catalogue that radio stations still play. Little Mix's music isn't nearly as memorable or consistent. I certainly wouldn't call them "unstoppable" - their singles routinely miss the top 10, and their album sales in the UK and the US are not that impressive, they're not even on One Direction's level.
