Emmerdale recreating National Tragedies.

It seems that Emmerdale like to recreate major National Tragedies especially close to their anniversaries.

Emmerdale Plane Cars 1993 (5th anniversary of Lockerbie)

Helicopter Crash 2015 (2nd Anniversary Cutha Bar Glasgow)9

Multi Car Pile-up (Fog) 2016 (5th Anniversary M5 Fog Pile-up)

With that in mind I'm surprised Emmerdale didn't go all out and have a landslip this week.

The disasters aren't restricted to October though, the plane crash was in December and the helicopter crash was in August.

They also missed a trick with Tess' departure. They should have got Barry Clegg to return and help facilitate her departure.

Well if they had a coal mine and could afford 116 child actors they might have gone for it.
