Gráinne stood out to me this week. Actually, I even noticed how calm she was in the first two weeks. But in this episode, she just seemed very hard-working and seemed to take charge in the kitchen. She was poised in the boardroom too.
I wish people would learn how to pronounce her name properly though. It's Graw-nya!

I'm seeing a lot of potential for Grainne, but I think that Paul and Courtney have a good shot, too. maybe even Frances.

Not sure about Winner but I think Final 5 will look something like:
JD Grainne Trishna Karthick (for the comedy value) One of Alana/Sofiane/Rebecca/Paul |

I'm sticking with Grainne whom I picked out before the show even started.

I think the Final Five will be:
Grainne Samuel Trishna Sofiane Paul? I think (rather large predictions here) Paul will be torn down by Claude/Linda only to fight back, and will be the first to go for being insurbordinate. Sofiane will be the Richard/Daniel type "talk a load of crap but there's actually something there", but will still be fired. Trishna strikes me as the one who'll be fired "with regret". She'll probably not have enough experience or her business plan will be a solid concept with faults (Francesca, etc.) I can see Samual and Grainne being the final two, with the latter emerging the victor. Samuel will probably be chastised for being too nice or having too safe a business plan. |

I think one of Karchik and Jessica is gonna stick around til the final five but not both.

No way in hell would Lord Sugar tolerate Jessica for much longer. I genuinely don't think we've had a single boardroom yet where Karen hasn't told her to reel herself in. Guarantee that's going to get her fired sooner or later. Meanwhile Karthick, while bizarre last week, is already showing himself to have taken aboard his feedback, and if the preview for next week is anything to go on, can actually be competent when he wants to be. |

Grainne is a bitch.
Courtney got a really good edit this week so I'll vote for him. I liked how he stepped in during the disastrous pitch with the football club. |

Judging by the info available, they should be safe for now, but I can see the pressure of the boardroom becoming too much for them (if they return there in the final boardroom, same goes for Alana). My guess at this point (based on the edit) would be: - Sofiane - Paul - Courtney - Frances - Jessica Though I could see a series 8 scenario, with only 1 woman remaining (with only for instance Rebecca in the Jade role). |

He' s already dismissed food , hair and beauty, and property as options - as he has before. Would you back Mukai or Karthik? Who works in a similar field to his first winner, seems very bright, and can talk football with him? |

Given that he has actually made most of his money in property, rather than selling tat out of a van, I was intrigued that LS binned the property business in week 1.

as much as I want Grainne to win, her business plan is most likely something involving make-up and/or fashion, so unless the other four are trash, she probably won't have a chance of winning for that very reason.
