They're in, they're out, they're shattered and then they're in again.

I need a tradesman from Manchester

Not forgetting that the pub is open and full of customers within minutes ...

I know Corrie like to restore its sets to perfect condition as quickly as they can after a major disaster but tonight's episode pushed it to the limits.

Wonder if they had Claire Sweeney in from 60 Minute Makeover?

Did Steve thank Tyrone and Luke for covering the windows, and didn't they tell Steven it would do for tonight?

As far as I could tell the windows that we could see were shattered and the other windows had no glass in it but were covered with a blue sheet

Yeah, the windows in the main bar were shattered including the doors. Uncovered shattered plain glass. Even though the windows were coloured stain glass lol. i assume the shattered glass was replaced to plain, so they can slip in the original glass on monday.
As i said in the sor thread, steve said the glaziers will be around in the morning. Whats the betting they replace the windows with bespoke stained glass with the pubs name/initials on that they just happen to have in stock???

Some of the windows had been blown out, which is what Beth was clearing up.

No, the front windows are plain with an etched design. When shattered you wouldn't see the etching. The stained glass is on the window facing out toward the medical centre.

Yes from the outside you clearly see the windows had blown right through and you could see the inside of the Rovers.

But from the inside, the glass had just "shattered"

And to top it off people where standing at the bar drinking pints with glass all over the bar!

And everyone even the kids were back in the Rovers that evening, Even though the glazers werent due til the next day!

Borderline ridiculous!

Health & Safety obviously doesnt apply in Weatherfield

No the windows to the left had blown out and were covered up. The ones on the right had shattered.

One thing I was trying to work out is whether or not the interior shot of The Rovers was filmed on the backlot OR in the studio?

I know there's a partial interior over at Media City:
