It looked like he didn't recognise Tracey and the kids, or it might have been trapped wind.

Long recovery I think. Patrick in Eastenders took almost 2 years. Ken however I think would benefit from such a plight - there's very little storyline wise left to do to him and a stroke with ongoing recovery is very much something that affects many people his age.

It'll be nice to see the Barlows reunite and gather around him in support. God only knows it's time they pulled together over something.

And hopefully it'll save us from a romance storyline for a while.
