Which soap was more exciting this week: Emmerdale or Corrie?
Both soaps had high-octane drama this week, but which one did you find the most entertaining in the end?

Emmerdale was too predictable as we knew James would die, and how could anyone survive falling off a bridge and then on to a car?

Corrie was laughable. Of all the times to air a dreadful car crash - right after the epicness of the Emmerdale pile-up *eyeroll*

Emmerdale. Corrie was far more tedious for longer. Overdosing on Gail and devil child is never pleasant either. Quote:

![]() I was at the edge of my seat with Kim and Dot's crash ED and CS don't know what a crash is compared to what EastEnders showed us this last week. |

The best car crash was surely Eastenders! Kim crashing into Dot at such high speed! Lives changed forever, impacting so many on the square, it was so intense my heart was pounding! Emmerdale's few little bumps looked pale in comparison

I liked them both but Emmerdale edged it for me.

There was some particularly thrilling Dove on sale in Sainsbury's, with a consistent and silky lather.

Emmerdale by far.
Corrie was good. Not fantastic but not terrible. Monday and Wednesday were more like normal episodes, and last nights was fairly dramatic, so I didn't see it as a 'big week', but that might be because we comparing it to Emmerdale'a thriller week. I felt it was slightly more character based than. A SB big week, and not as 'in your face' and contrived. Emmerdale was simply stunning. The stunt was the best thing I have ever seen on a soap. It was as good, if not better, than what you'd expect from a High Budget movie. Well done to them. By far the best soap on TV in this day and age. |

Emmerdale through and through. Corrie had too much of Tracy's gurning and Anna's burning scene made me laugh
![]() ![]() Really hope David is suitably punished for all this though
