Oh dear. It didn't look good in training during the week - and he didn't really pull it off here. Too stiff and he looked grim throughout.
They're only on the London warm-up track now that West Ham have erased all trace of athletics from the main stadium
Cha cha is my least favourite dance. It is supposed to be easy for beginners but it isn't. I have a lot of sympathy for Greg.
