Daisy/Aljaz - 7.5 (loved concept, quirkiness and movement but seemed a bit off time at points)
Danny/Oti - 8.5 (great as always but somehow expected more, felt more drawn to watching Oti)
Claudia/AJ - 8.5 (loved the music, routine and her surprising fluidity/samba movement...she just looked a little hesitant at points)

1 Ore: One of the best dances of a poor night. I'd have given it an 8.
2 Anastacia Had her best dance, looked happy, a pleasure to watch in a week when many seemed to struggle.
3= Daisy and Judge Rinder. Judge Rinder should have been higher than Claudia: both were fast, fun dances with the entertainment factor, hence going first and last, both were messy, but Claudia's had more mistakes and timing issues. Daisy and Judge Rinder probably about the same.
5= Danny and Louise Didn't much care for either Rhumba: Danny's was static, Louise's too safe, both ended up being pretty boring.
7= Claudia
8= Greg and Lesley. The wheels came off for both of them this week after they made good fists of their previous dances. It's a shame, as both are likeable and working hard.
10. Ed. That missed lift was frightening. Up until then I thought he was making a decent fist of it, but it all fell apart afterwards.

Such a poor show overall, and pretty much everyone was overmarked.

9 - Ore & Joanne - wouldn't have given it as a high a score overall as it got, but in terms of leaderboard placing they were deservedly at the top, and a 9 or two would have been fair. The only properly good dance tonight.

A lot of good dances this week, but no outstanding ones unfortunately - even though I thought objectively that Danny was the best of the night, I still found it a bit boring and I don't tend to find Rumba's boring in general! Had Claudia not made some mistakes, she definitely would've deserved to be top last night.
