3. Can we cut the rumba out soon? I thought Danny's was really good, but the benchmark is just so low for a good male rumba.
I don't think 39 is a low mark for a male rumba which is what Colin Jackson got and then Jay got last year!

1. Ore looked bemused at his comments and scores.
2. Anastacia looked to be having a wonderful time. 3. Oti is just awesome. 4. Hair and make up seemed to have been done by the trainee. 5. Hope Katya negotiated either danger money or private health care clause. |

Whoever is styling Anastacia is doing a fab job, she looks amazing each week.
Ed is rather disappointingly just another arrogant politician Joanne looked a little deflated, Ore is over bearing Fraggy bless her, tried her heart out to keep up. Thrown under the bus springs to mind. Laura and Giovanni who? |

1. Agree re: comments and marking, really confusing
![]() 2. Anastasia best dance of the night for me, I do love a QS and Brendon always puts together a great one. Danced well with Gorka too 💙 3. Preferred Louise's rhumba to Danny's. Felt Danny overemphasised the moves...looked weird at times and a bit 'wafty' in places. 4. Not the best evenings dancing, worried for Greg and Lesley, though think Ed and JR will get the votes to stay in. Ore a tad overmarked?? Good but not as good as judges made out.😕 5. Felt sorry for Claudia, that samba was too fast and she looked rushed, agree with Len!!😱 |

1. I want Gorka to stay! He got much better results out of Anastacia than Brendan has all season. She actually danced rather than strutted and posed. Maybe because Gorka actually worked hard with her and was not phoning it in for an easy pay check. Sorry Brendan, but that's the impression I have had from you for the past few seasons.
2. Ore looked sick with nerves before, during and after his dance, and then stunned by the positive comments. What a load of hype for a sub-par waltz. I have gone right off him since the judges' Ore love-in began. There's no subtlety at all. 3. Not a fan of Daisy's look this week. Great job with the routine though she did obviously tire at the end, but I can't blame her! 4. Ed Balls, you gem. I really enjoyed his AS, Katya's choreography is always interesting. And the faux pas, it was precarious but worth it! Thank God he didn't drop her though. Good on them for proving they could do the lift afterwards, and Ed didn't seem ruffled at all. I bet other celebs would have crumbled had it been them. 5. Claudia's Samba was just chaos. No flow, and she didn't look comfortable. A real shame. I think AJ is overambitious. Also, his perma-grin is very off-putting. Blah. |

1) What a sickly/feeble/accident prone bunch this lot is turning into...at this rate by the time of Blackpool the show will be coming from the casualty ward of the hospital not the Tower Ballroom.
2) Apart from Ed & Rob...two of the four didn't start up themselves...it was a very dull evening. 3) Is Claudia shrinking or is Tess getting bigger and bigger or maybe aims to be a starting line backer next year? 4) We'll miss Len if we get another judge like Craig/Bruno who are impressed by fur coats and can ignore the fact there are no knickers. 5) I can see Ore/Danny playing out as another Colin Jackson/Darren Gough final with the better dancer losing out...though in this instance to someone had a head start

I don't know if I've got your comparison confused, but are you saying Danny would be the Darren Gough in that scenario

1. In an otherwise meh week, Anastacia surprised the socks off me and was my highlight of the episode;
2. I found Ore's waltz too lumpy and thought it was overmarked; 3. Ed needs to go; 4. I can't quite believe how awful wardrobe/makeup can make the stunning Daisy look; 5. Judges' comments hardly matched ther marks, for any of the couples. Cheeky 6. Songs written in 4/4 time are written that way for a reason. They rarely work in another time signature and the Whitney number certainly didn't work as a waltz. Awful arrangement and the vocals were rather dodgy at times too. Shame. Didn't really enjoy last night. As many others have said, it felt a bit off for some reason. |

Really in agreement with most of the posts on here.
1. For me, Ore's waltz was dull. I think he does high energy brilliantly but maybe not romance. 2. AJ is a great dancer but needs a more experienced head to help him with choreography. 3. I do wonder if all this 'Louise needs a wow moment/has plateaued' from the judges is building up to a staged ' breakthrough' in the next few weeks. But will the public buy it? 4. It was madness to give Ed that lift. And it was ugly too. 5. Greg's lack of progress ( for me his first dance was the best) is making me doubt Natalie ... |

1. It was one of those evenings for me, where I'd a hell of a day, stonking headache, and was looking forward to a couple of hours of dancing and glitter and lightness. i don't know how much was me and how much was the show, but it wasn't the pick me up I needed. It felt very flat.
2. If I was Ore I'd pay Craig to pick on my thumbs or something and give me a three. Overmarking him will do him no favours long term. 3. Anastasia and the gorgeous Gorka was my favourite dance of the night. I hope Brendan is completely better for next week if they are still in, but I am very pleased Gorka got to perform such a lovely dance unburdened by comedy costumes for once, whatever happens. 4. I was hoping Daisy would do a full on flapper 20s Gatsby type charleston, with the feel of Sophie Ellis Bexter. The one they did was very clever, but it wasn't the beautiful dance I think would have suited her. But it was brave and different. 5. I'd have thought that if you had half your cast ill, injured or walking out, you wouldn't make one of your best do a pointless tightrope walking film when he could easily have hurt an ankle or something.

1. Robert's jive merited more than a 6 from Craig. I loved the routine and he had great energy throughout.
2. Liked the artistry at the beginning of Daisy's charleston and she surprised me with her speed. 3. Thought both rumbas were beautiful and loved Oti's dress. 4. Poor Ed. He looks gutted each time he fails. His AS began so well. 5. Handsome and dapper Gorka. Looked fab dancing with Anastacia. If only the gapping could have been remedied. |

1) Judges comments and scores did not actually align.Especially Bruno giving Claudia and AJ a 9.
2) Lesley just can't seem to do well in hold, probably a height issue but I really fear for her this week. 3) Did AJ leave any gel in the pot? 4)Why does Ed keep looking shocked when he's criticised, seriously deluded. That lift was just dangerous, never felt that uncomfortable watching strictly. 5)Something about Danny's Rumba just left me cold. |

1. Oti is just adorable, Danny brilliant. I usually hate the rhumba
2. Lesley's routine was awful, poor lass. No flow. 3. I hope Greg does better next time, and that Natalie leaves off the fake tan and uber eye makeup. Fabulous body, ugly face these days. 4. Liftgate, oh wow that was dodgy! 5. Hype over Ore annoying |

1. Too much hype re Ore for me, he is good but not outstanding imo.
2. Tess drives me insane the way she clutches the celebs hand and won't let go...for Gods sake woman stop it. 3. Don't think AJ took Claudias short legs into account with this weeks dance, she struggled big time with that routine. 4. It isn't Tess's job to comment/backchat the judges comments. 5. Katya took a huge risk including such a difficult lift, back fired on them sadly. |

1. Poor show last night - distraction of Halloween coming up coupled with sickness and late withdrawal taking it's toll?
2. Judges marking what they want to see rather than what they did see - Ore and Greg especially over-marked and I guess Bruno's nine to Laura had to go somewhere. 3. Who chooses music and timing? - I can't believe AJ and Joanne would have done that to their partner given the choice. 4. Know the limitations - Katya nearly came a cropper with Ed there and it's not as if the music cried out for a lift like that. 5. Pairing mistakes - Gorka worked so well with Anastacia; they work together as a couple. |

1. Agreed flatter performances tonight with some highlights.
2. Lesley in trouble -over marked by Len- mistakes and not a seven 3. Great partnerships this year hard to have a favourite. 4. Anastacia & Gorka was a classy number but was choreographed by Brendan. 5. I do love the Clifton's choreography. Kevin & Joanne tell great narratives, very filmic references. Something the like of Giovanni could benefit from. |
