Err.. it was Andrea! Fantastic job though, I sometimes think she's overshadowed by Hayley.

Oh, what was the other one? Did Hayley sing it?
(In which case apologies to posters above if you didn't mean I Will Always Love You )

There was a Dolly Parton song, (a massive hit for Whitney), what was the other one?

"How Will I Know?" (albeit the Sam Smith version), Danny and Oti's song

"Chicago" was great too- the singer managed to sound like Sinatra without forcing it and still managing to give it his own personality.

It was lovely, but I wish they'd stop shoehorning songs that don't fit into waltzes - there are plenty of songs that are already in 3/4 time or lend themselves naturally to re-scoring. That is not one of them, it was very strange.

I agree . There were some good music choices tonight, music that matched the dance, but week after week we have some glaring mis-matches . Not fair on the newcomers and must stop .

It's a Dolly Parton song, she recorded two versions, one with an orchestra. It's so poignant. Whitney covered it for The Bodyguard and made it more dramatic.

The way it was sung tonight began like Dolly Parton and then went into Whitney style.
That girl is brilliant, she looked so sweet and shy when she was congratulated too.

Dolly Parton sang it in 'The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_utP1mGoutQ

The singers and the band are really good. Hayley has a brilliant voice.

The singers and band do such a brilliant job, getting thrown so many different themes must be such a challenge.Tommy Blaize is my favourite.

I loathe the Whitney Houston version of that song. She took every bit of beauty and poingnancy out and replaced it with sceeching and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to may vowels (see what I did there )

Thanks to everyone who pointed out it was Andrea not Hayley. Sorry Andrea. It's not my sort of music so I was not aware of the Dolly version. I must have a listen. Well done to all the singers.
