I agree. I liked Bruce but I also like both of the girls, so it's fine the way it is, for me anyway.
Claudia is very good at instant comments and can cope with problems, whereas Tess seems to need a script to follow all the time. She keeps trying to get couples to get closer and far to close at times. Claudia is my favourite by far.

Tess's role is a lot to do with positioning and camera angles, like you have in many shows where a contestant needs to be on a X position. Most shows are recorded so that's often edited out. As it's live , she has an earpiece and the producers say do this do that, whilst she is talking.

If even half the changes suggested by the SCD detractors were implemented it simply wouldn't be the programme that is smashing the ratings on a Saturday night - and that would be wrong too. Just chill, have a glass of wine and enjoy some light entertainment!

Well, Len's leaving anyway after this series, but I don't agree about Hardy taking his place. Have you seen her on ITT? Darcy gets a lot of flack for swooning over hot contestants and scoring wrong when her hormones take over, but Karen is equally as guilty from what we see on ITT. If they were both together on the panel it would be unbearable. I say go to a three Judge panel and make Darcy head Judge.
Nah. I'm not a fan of Claudia (and Tess to a lesser extent), but the show is still majorly successful and a lot of people still love them.

I think Claud and Tess do a much better job than Bruce and Tess because unlike Bruce neither attempts to hog the limelight at every opportunity.

I am afraid this is the BBC's doing from start to finish
I am very disappointed with the presenters, not so much Tessbot who we knew would be shit - and she has been. Bur Claudia and the her interviews - she cuts people off and is intent in getting the last word in. She's nothing to do with showbiz but is a journalist
I'd love the BBC to make sure you get some proper presenters, because Tess and Claudia are shoals in the river that we have to get past...

She was better in the beautiful assistant role, although this is surely now an outdated concept!
Claudia is intelligent funny and quick off the mark. Perfect for the Clauditorium but not quite right to present the whole thing.
I'd like to see someone more amusing and reactive present, without it becoming all about them. A tricky task. Someone earlier said Wogan would've been perfect. But he was a one off!

Yes..... I know Len's leaving..... that was the point. I think she's great on ITT - I think she's got the right knowledge and is a true professional.

No, I don't. I think she is a glamorous lady who calmly and competently keeps the show running to time. She is a first class No 2 but a quirk of fate has landed her in the No 1 position where she is exposed as wooden.

Sorry, its just that you mentioned replacing Len so I assumed from that comment that you didn't know he was leaving <shrugs>
And yes she does have the experience and she is a professional dancer so has the knowledge. Now if she does get the big chair she might tone down her antics from ITT that have her fanning herself with her queue cards from time to time and take it more seriously and if she does then she would make a great Judge. My concern is if she carries on with the drooling over a hot male as Darcy does. We don't need two ladies suffering like that on the judging panel

I like Claudia but I find Tess incredibly boring and wooden. I remember when she took over from Cat on SMTV live and I had to stop watching.
