No but i think he will bag himself an extra couple of weeks with a shocker ballroom dance where he closes his mouth, looks serene and dances beautifully. The judges will go wild over it and it'll be lauded as a game changer. When this happens depends when he starts to lose votes, probably in the next week or two.

He is one of my favourites this year!! I like the enthusiasm for the show, the fact he isn't a trained dancer, and he doesn't take himself too seriously.

As usual there are already a lot of contestants this year, who already obviously have danced before. which has to unbalance the competition. How can you compare Daisy or Danny, who have obviously danced before, with someone who is a total beginner?

If he continues to improve and gives us some memorable dances (like the week 1 dance) then I would be more than happy for him to win.

I do think he's a good dancer though, and that he's doing a good job against some more experienced celebs - but just for me personally, I can't see him winning.

Though as for Daisy, I'm not sure she's a trained dancer?

For me it went downhill with that Flintstones Charleston.

Sure he tries hard, but they all do.He's not awful , he's not great, he's in between and I don't think his relationship with Oskana is going to drive votes through like they've perhaps help some other lesser dancing couples in the past. Some people I discussed strictly with at the time thought Chris Hollins was a distinctly average dancer, but they loved his relationship with 'Ola chops' and rather he won than Ricky who was described as too good and also allegedly up himself. Robert and Oksana are an interesting very contrasting dynamic, but I don't think they have that warmth of a coupling as some previous partners. Robert's been amusing, but I don't actually think any of his dances have been a good enough rounded display of the varying dance elements. He's just rather samey.

If the voting public keep voting for him, well, yes he has every chance.

Unlikely but it would make me if he did.

I think there is ability there, I'd say he's a better dancer than Greg but there is still too much force and roughness about his dancing.

I think he's popular enough to get to evade dance offs to get the final with Louise, Ore and Danny well that's my prediction and in the final it's anyone's game...

I said in week 1 that he's this years Anita.

I hope I'm wrong and that he can sneak through. Kellie, Jay and Georgia all had at least one stand out dance. So far only Ore has had that, which will make it easier for Rinder to nick it on popularity.

He might make Blackpool - I don't think either Anatasia or Laura are long for this competition personally. Daisy is looking less certain too. I'd be surprised if gets beyond there.

Technically he could win - anyone still in the show theoretically could win, of course.

But if he does it would be utterly ridiculous - he is not a good dancer, and he'd be by far the worst ever to win the show (even Chris Hollins had a few decent dances!). I honestly can't see how he'd survive a dance-off against practically anyone except Ed (assuming Greg has ballroom this week), so I'm hoping that he ends up in there soon, next week if possible!

If he did win then I'd have to conclude that the voting public had taken leave of their senses - yes, sadly it is a popularity contest rather than just a dancing contest, but the show is about dancing well as well, so it would make a mockery of the whole thing!

He could win by public vote only if he's never in the dance off, because if he's in the DO and the judges decide, unless he's against Ed, his place is far from secure I'm afraid, considering the current state of the rest of the dancers.

No he hit a height in week 1 and has yet to really improve. Once the public get serious he will be gone.

You guys are all forgetting Chris Hollins. Ali and Ricky were miles ahead of him but the public voted him to win.

If Rinder escapes the dance off then yes he has a good chance since the public chooses.

Rinder is my favourite (well ok his partner is) and in a way I'd love to see them win but I think I'd be disappointed if it happened because he's not good enough. I don't always mind if the best dancer doesn't win, sometimes the best dancer is/seems really up themselves (Denise van Outen, Natalie Gumede) and I just want them to go but I think the winner should be one of the good dancers (didn't see Chris Hollins so can't comment on what happened there)
