So we are not voting on any singing aspect in this primarily who is hottest to the voters

You say it like it's a surprise at this point.

I expect Matt's votes are transferred onto him.

I think it's just girls voting for him in the app vote.

Or the Scots are keeping him in. Maybe Sturgeon is voting for him, lol!

There really isnt a Scottish vote, Scotland has different regions areas etc

Or maybe some people like him. I'm a 29 male, and of the. 3 think he's the most relevant in today's market.

You're right out of the three of them. Nonetheless he is a seriously bad singer.

No no no!

I'm Scottish and I wouldn't vote for him if I was paid!

On a serious note, I believe it's a combination of the teen girl vote (which gets transferred from Matt), the Scottish vote (transferred from Emily) and a small group of voters who actually like his style over theatrical acts like Saara, belters like Relley or bland girl bands.

It's always been who is the hottest hence my votes for Honey G

His being in the finals is a bit of a farce. No doubt the producers brought him back thinking his relationship with Emily would be interesting… which was misguided.

Ryan will continue getting through like this until the producers get bored of this lifeline vote (like they did of that weird vote freeze thing a couple of years ago).

When will people realise that the 'Scottish/Welsh' was cooked up by that halfwit at the end of the desk. Its almost become English paranoia. I have never heard of the 'Scottish vote' being used in any other type of contest. Just XF.

Well after he has come in the bottom 3 the audience are invited again to vote and so choose who out of the 3 to save. Wouldn't it be the same issue whoever was saved IE they are in the bottom 3 and are then saved

They seriously need to abandon this though as I can see Ryan getting through to the final after being in every bottom 3 In fact why do we have this mess of a show would be a more pertinent question

Exactly there are 6 million people in Scotland if a Scottish vote existed surely they should be doing better in these shows .

A lot of people who live in Scotland aren't Scottish

I agree. It's a little offensive. By that logic it's purely Englands fault Honey G is still in.

The girl votes all go to him, I do wonder if he was bottom of the voting as well which makes it even more frustrating. Two weeks in bottom3 makes me think it is likely he was actually in the bottom 2

Because the penis vote isn't split as much

There were people on here during the Leon era who openly admitted to supporting him as he was a fellow Scot. It caused a lot of rows. Plus that year, the judges kept banging on about the whole of Scotland voting for him. The final was even made into Wales v Scotland v England

He's young, male and Scottish up against two female acts. Not hard to see where the votes are gonna go.

In the main vote, he's the least-liked among those voting for their tv boyfriend. But in the app vote, he has that title all sewn up.

The Teenage Girl Veto needs to be removed, otherwise Ryan is going all the way to the final on the back of it.

I don't remember that at all. I remember people complaining about 'the Scottish vote' even back then, but not anyone saying they were voting for him based on where he was from.
