I just hope which ever song it is she makes it her own and really appeals to the public. Sometimes eurovison songs can comes acoss too cheesy.

If it is she'll be out Saturday night....horrible, karaoke song that has no place in the final.
And I say this as a huge Eurovision fan.

Agreed, she's on the road to 3rd place if she does Waterloo or ANYTHING Eurovision. What a big big shame as she's literally touching distance

I disagree. As I said in another thread, Rise Like A Phoenix would be incredibly fitting and while it is cheesy, it is also a dramatic vote-puller of a song.
I do think it is most likely Waterloo though unfortunately as the producers will go for the laziest choice.

She's singing a Eurovision song. Hoping it's Euphoria.
I think it's Euphoria. I've seen people wanting to hear her sing this. I've not seen any tweets asking her to sing Waterloo. She sang Euphoria at a gig 4 years ago.

If it's Euphoria I really think it will work. Good vocals, great production and I think it would get a great crowd reaction.

I know odds don't mean much, but on oddschecker all Saara's odds are blue, meaning people on putting money on her to win.

CAN be cheesy? They will always be perceived as cheesier than a Stilton and a Gorgonzola in an old sock!

Matt, take the crown, Saara, enjoy your runner up place.

And to add salt into the wounds it's rumoured that Matt will perform with harry styles. If that doesn't get the one directions out in force, I don't know what will.

A lot of Eurovision winning songs from the last decade would be far more credible than the X Factor winners song from the same year.

Agreed. It has a bad reputation, but undeniably, there have been dozens upon dozens of more talented singers and more interesting songs in Eurovision than the majority of X Factor's output.

I love Eurovision, but oh dear.

Plus it seems the other 2 will have huge vote grabbing acts to duet with, while Saara definitely won't. The writing is on the wall.

It was a good run though. Getting to the final was a brilliant achievement.

Maybe we should tweet Saara and let her know a Eurovision classic will not go down well here in the UK. Whatever Eurovision song she chooses it puts her at a massive disadvantage in my opinion.

Although I do think she could pull off an amazing performance - particularly if it's Euphoria - I don't think any Eurovision song is going to be a big vote winner.

That would be terrible. Well known song here for sure and it is a guilty pleasure of mine but it would be a cheese fest on stage. That's a song you can only get away with performing in the 90s. I can't see it doing that song generating her much votes.

I will actually make a point of watching the X-Factor if she sings Euphoria. That is a tune!

If she absolutely has to sing a Eurovision song, I would probably go for Love Shine A Light or Euphoria.

I hate the word "Journey" used on X Factor, but the think is, that's exactly what Saara has had!
