Not a finnish word.. No idea what she means to say there. Might be something about glitter? She does just touch her glitter covered hair with that hand.
Doesn't seem to start with a G though? Maybe it's just a slight mispronunciation. Glitter would make sense. |

My first thought was glitter.

I really hope the Eurovision song is a hoax. I take it the song list will get revealed tomorrow.

This is what the original poster commented later: Quote:
I got the information from another forum but the poster on there who was on there seems to lie so I would discount my original post I'm sorry.
I'm SO relieved.

Finally, Sharon shows some enthusiasm for supporting Saara in the press:

Can someone please tell me how many songs they will sing on Saturday? I know one is the duet, the other the reprisal, but do they also sing a new song?

Found the comment below on one of the online newspapers articles this week. Think it's pretty spot on:
Saara has never used schmaltz to sell herself. She has just got on with it and taken the competition a performance at a time. The show itself did a pretty good job of ruining her chances of being liked in the opening audition and boot camp etc stages, by painting her as some oddball who talks to Santa and wants to be a Disney princess. In reality, Saara Aalto is a professional who is very serious about her singing and career, whilst also being very warm, charming, open and funny - as exploration of her facebook self made videos show. She deserves to win xfactor on Sunday by a mile, but more than that, she will be the first xfactor winner in years who won't need Simon Cowell to do everything for her, and that may just be the thing that saves her from the banality that seems to beset most of the acts Simon signs. A true star is born I think. |

I know Twitter followers probably aren't anything to go by but they certainly don't match up with the bookies odds:
101k - Matt 50k - 5AM 40k - Saara Looking at that you'd have to say Saara's chances are slim. If it's a representation of their fan base then Saara's fans are going to have to vote 3 times more than Matt's to make up for the lack of numbers. I've voted foir Saara 30 times every week but I'm upping that to 100 today and another 50 tomorrow should she get through. |

Twitter doesn't really mean much, Saara has the most fans on Facebook, and Ryan had way more fans on Facebook then any act this year, yet he went. Its votes that count, so just vote as much as you can.

"What Will Happen This Week? Wembley. Celebrity duets. Tears. Fireworks (literal and metaphorical). Little else is predictable. I can make a case for all the remaining acts. Saara Alto is certainly popular, and her stage presence will suit the arena, but her vocals are the weakest of the three, and I couldn't recommend backing a 1.66-shot when they're not the best singer. 5 After Midnight arguably have the most to offer on the night, as they will be able to show more versatility than the other acts. If they can recapture the swagger and fun of the early weeks, the 7.00 third-favourites could cause a minor upset. The most likely winner, though, remains Matt Terry. He might have turned a bit dull, and he might have had a poor couple of weeks, but he is stratospherically better vocally than any act to appear on the show in recent years, and when his version of the winner's single is directly compared to the others, the votes will come his way. Also, he should shave off his moustache. It just looks ridiculous. Some razor action would win him this series." Everyone is entitled to have their own opinions, BUT in what planet is this man living ?? |

What the bloody hell? That guy needs to get a hearing test! Saara is by far a better vocalist then Matt and 5AM. He has annoyed me now, extra votes for Saara now.

I was going to say his comments border on the ridiculous but it truth they've gone way over that border and are just plain stupid.
Whoever you may want to win there is no question Saara has the best voice. |

Mmmmm I just posted a comment on that website...
" I'm calling BS!!! Saara has the strongest voice out of all the 3 acts in the final. Matt is a one trick pony, 5am's sing off was terrible and out of tune... a lot of the time they are miming or not even singing to the backing track. Sarra is the most versatile out of the 3 who can sing any genre & has the stage presence to WOW her audience. Me think the bookies are scared that Saara will win this weekend and lose millions of pounds. " It's all about the ££££ long as Saara doesn't win the bookies will be happy

They're playing 'Winner Take it All' on Radio 2. Not Saara's version obviously but I hope it's a good sign.
