I was originally worried about the song choice, but let's not forget that Reggie n Bollie made 2nd place on pretty much only uptempo songs and could've won it had they performed Forever Young better. All Saara needs to do is sound good, put on a show, make people think Matt is boring compared to her then sound better on the winners single.....and I actually think that's very possible.

Also in regards to the betting....there's almost nothing in it. Both have odds that previous winners have won on! It really could be either!

You could be right. I certainly hope so.

My initial reaction to hearing she was singing 'Oh So Quiet' was Nooooooo but it was certainly entertaining performance. I doubt the winners song is uptempo so OSQ will show she can sing anything and still sound great. It will certainly show how much more charasmatic and entertaining she is when compared to Matt.

I really don't think there is going to be much in it so Saara's fans have got to dig deep and throw a few extra votes her way.

I've already decided I'm going to triple the amount of votes I'd planned to do tonight. If a few others can do the same Saara can still win this.

The only way we can help her now is to vote.

I also think a uptempo and ballad would show her versatility and appeal to a broader crowd. Matt, I'm sure will have a impeccable vocal, but he's very samey. Saara though, will put on a show and really belt it out for the winners song. I will be voting today.

This is why I think Saara is miles better then Matt, she puts on a show, is versatility like you said.

Bookies had Matt as odds on to finish 3rd this time yesterday. Let's not forget that!

The winners song may clinch it, she won't be picking up votes from that Bjork song again that's for sure.
What an odd choice.

Are Saara's X Factor songs available for purchase from iTunes? I don't know if I'm being incredibly stupid, but I can't seem to find them anywhere.... I swear I remember being able to purchase X Factor songs from iTunes a couple of years ago

It means saara is rated about a 43% chance to win with Matt the 57% favourite

I wouldn't look at the odds, it's votes that count, think it means Mr no personality has more chance of winning.

OK. How do I get them from Spotify into my iTunes, or onto my iPod? (Sorry, I'm incredibly dense when it comes to downloading stuff. I'm from the CD-buying generation )

Could still go either way. I think the best outcome tonight is that Saara performs absolute amazing, makes Matt look amateur ... and still comes 2nd.
It leaves Saara more options for her future, i think we all have seen who's the queen of this season... the only thing that prevents her winning tonight is that she does not have home grown support, but what's remarkable is that even so the competition still is extremely close.

Watched Saara's performances several times on YouTube (don't really watch the show nowadays) and OSQ is by far her weakest performance after SOTU (which is mainly the styling that is so offputting).

Even her first two performances that landed her in the bottom two are better than OSQ, in my opinion. It's not a bad performance by any means, just the worst of a good bunch.

Really hope she pulls it out the bag tonight but Matt ticks all the boxes of every other male that's ever won this show before. He could stand on stage and fart and she'd have a hard time beating him.

Hope she defies all the odds and wins. Still feel she has more momentum than him. Fingers crossed!

There is really not much in it. I do think tonight's performances will be paramount.

Saara's odds are drifting again. Out to 7/5 now with Matt a depressing 1/2 with one bookmaker 4/7 with most.

She really is going to need every vote we can muster guys. Lets do this! Vote Saara!

She's not going to win. She's been scuppered by:

1) That so-called "duet" - where Nicole screamed her lungs out for 2 minutes, and Matt made high-pitched 'woo-woo' noises in the background, and that was somehow deemed a great MOMENT

2) The ludicrous blatant sabotaging of "Oh So Quiet" being chosen as 'Song of the Series'. C'mon. Everyone & his dog knows that's absolute nonsense.

Anyway. It was a nice dream while it lasted. Sadly, the bland milquetoast safe 'pretty' boy winner will be pushed over the winner's line. Take a bow, Queen Saara. You ARE the best.
