What is wrong with Sharon?

She is meant to be the mentor for the overs group, but couldn't remember Saara's name or where she's from half the time. Is the dim thing an act, or is she genuinely not with it?

I doubt she goes near the contestants. I would even doubt she has spent more than an hour with the other judges when the cameras are off.

She is just there for the money, she clearly doesn't give a toss about any of it.

Now that she doesn't have Dannii to pick on her motivations for spending time in the studio are fewer.

She goes to LA in the week to keep an eye on Ozzie.

I think all those unnecessary general anaesthetics have brought on some kind of dementia, or at least amnesia.

She definitely doesn't need the money. It's the attention she craves.

She was on with Piers Morgan last week, they're good mates it seems and he asked her outright what the heck was going on and even if she'd been drinking! She laughed it off of course and basically said, maybe she should have had a drink, as it might have helped her remember, as she's absolutely, hopeless with names!

That excuse might wash the first time you meet someone and last a day or two, or with someone you rarely talk to, but this long into the process... it's just embarrassing. I'm leaning toward her not having much to offer in terms of constructive criticism or advice and is using the dim card for attention and laughs.

She really is, just very bad with names! PM agreed, she was just the same on AGT, she isn't going to change now! As for the amount of time, she spends with her acts, I would guess the same as the other judges! No-one really believes, that any of them mentor their acts, do they!!!!!

It's not just her is it I was howling at Louis introducing 4 of diamonds during the sing off he's obviously tired of his own catchphrases, tried to mix it up and failed miserably

I genuinely think they have done at times, it's gone very downhill on that front, the mentoring seemed to be a big focus in 2011 the likes of Gary and tulisa seemed to be very proactive in it, dannii as well before that.
