Now TV Sport Billing Question
Hi Last month (25 September to be precise) I took out a one month Now TV Sub for Sky Sports in order to watch the Ryder cup. It was an introductory 'offer' price of £25 for the month. I'm planning on carrying on with it, expecting it to go up to the normal £33.99 price, however when I look at the 'passes' section on my account it says: Quote:
You're on an offer. This is confusing to say the least. So will I pay £33.99 or £25?
Your pass is £25.00 for 1 day You've got a ticket to the biggest live events on 7 Sky Sports channels. Just £33.99 a month. Offer started on: 24 Oct 2016 Offer ends on: 24 Oct 2016 Your next payment is: £25.00 Due on: 25 Oct 2016 |

I'd be interested in the answer to this.
I took out the £10:99 for one month offer and its telling me my next payment will be £10:99. I was going to cancel before I get billed and go back to using weekly and day passes but although I expect them to charge me the full amount its kind of tempting to wait and see if its only £10?:99 but then again I can't see their system not picking this mistake up. |

I took up that Ryder Cup offer of Now TV's Monthly sport passes at £10.99 and than I got a offer of 2 months of Now TV's Sport Pass which I declined and than I cancelled the Now TV Monthly Sport Pass My monthly pass will expire on the 29th Oct |

Well I got charged £33.99 so that's that question answered.
A bit misleading from Sky there . . . . . . . |

It gets more confusing, I chose the option to cancel and got the two months for £25 offer which I chose to accept but now my account is showing the renewal will be £33:99,
I guess I'll just have to wait to see how much I'm charged next week then create merry hell with them if I'm not charged £25 |

Can I link everyone to this http://community.nowtv.com/ there's a good chance someone from NOW will reply and hopefully clear things up.
The straightforward day/week/month passes are easy, but it gets over-complicated when they have offers it seems. |

Similar situation, took the 1 month £10.99 Ryder Cup offer and have £10.99 to renew on My Passes. I went to Now TV Community page and contacted their chat service, but they seem unsure and advised me to take a screenshot of the page in case of a dispute.
Still not sure what to do? ![]() Might only be a few pounds, but when multiplied by all the other subscribers that are in the same boat it's a lot of cash ultimately going to Sky. It also doesn't endear anyone towards their piracy fight! |

TBF - many didn't forget to cancel, they just saw something on their account which said it would renew again at £10.99 so thought they might as well keep it another month. But then it actually renews at £33.99.
I would raise it on their community but I don't have a screenshot. |
