For those of you hoping to start such a thread, here's a handy website that lists words ending with ist
https://www.morewords.com/ends-with/ist/

Perhaps Strictly voting is a little bit saxophonist? Do couples dancing to tracks with a sax always get voted off?

Is Strictly voting regionalist, titlist or canoeist?

Hope this was of assistance.

At times I wonder if some FMs are more than a little p-ist.

That's the face of a sad trombone-ist.

I'd have liked this post better if you had ended it with

"Happy to ass-ist".

Thank goodness someone is taking the mick out of these people who post the ....ist ? questions.
Can't think of a word at the moment, but I am sure the witty ones amongst you will be able to do so-already started.

I think the person who posted the ageist thread was actually joking but some posters seemed to think it was a serious thread.

Anyway Zoe said that 3 out of 4 this year had gone out with a Tango so shall we say the voting is a bit tangoist?

My Sex-ist thread was definitely meant to be a bit of a joke .....

Maybe it's all getting a bit Absurdist but hopefully we can all still Coexist without becoming too Confrontationalist

Glad to see there are some perceptive souls around these boards.

For a light entertainment programme, Strictly doesn't half attract some deadly serious types.

Don't know about that - Kevin had definitely been tango-ed last weekend (as had Natalie) and they survived. (only smiley that looks vaguely orange...)

I don't think we're allowed to be l-ist, b-ist, g-ist, or t-ist.
