As other posters have posted £4.6 Million is very little for Vodafone, i doubt it will make any difference to be honest they will still carry on doing what they are doing.
I have not had much to do with their customer for a while, they do try and help in the shop, but they are limited in what they can do, also I do not like going to their shop as they moved it into our new so called shopping centre which I hate.
My sim only contract ends in the early part of next month, so I will be looking at options, which is what I said to a bloke who phoned me a couple of weeks ago, trying to get me to take out another contract. I told him that I am looking at different options since the quality of Vodafone's service is not that good around here at the moment and he put the phone down.
I realise that he is only a sales person, but putting the phone down is a bit rude in my opinion, so that have made me look even more so at moving networks.
Not sure if I want to enter into another contract, with providers offering good deals now, like Giffgaff and Talk mobile. Yep, i know Talk mobile is vodafone and they use the vodafone network, just pointing out the prices are better than what I get with my sim only contract.
Not bothered about tethering, I thought I would use it but only used it once when I was having a problem with my broadband and tethered my laptop.
So as I said this £4.6 Million is not going to make a scrap of difference.
