Home and Away - The Morgans
How do Home And Away fans feel about the Morgans? I don't mind them but it feels like they're the new version of the Braxtons. Justin is an alpha male and he's similar to Brax. Do you like them or are you indifferent to them?

I'm growing with them, I think that they're more comparable to the Barrett's to be fair but I can see why they are likened to the Braxton's not nearly as good though. While their sensationalist plot lines are a bore, I do like Tori and I think Brody is decent, Justin and Mason however are awful. So on the whole they're just OK, but I prefer the show without them being the main focus.

Dreadful. I didn't watch over the summer so have no idea what's going on which doesn't help. Justin is a crap version of Brax who is nothing like his siblings. Tori is of no interest, Brody (cheap Heath) is boring and Morgan aka cheap Casey is really bad. At least we know now when he was in Neighbours why he wore a hat.

Home and Away seem to have sadly lost the ability to craft interesting new characters in recent years.

I think they are rubbish - just my opinion of course.
I think Home and Away has lost it's way just now as the Leah story is daft, Ellie is a pain, Evie a teacher (!) etc., Kat! I did not care for the Braxtons but at least that was a storyline which I could follow but now it is a real mish-mash. Irene has got over her ordeal remarkably without too much trouble but why can't they have "normal" storylines about people fostering - Oh I forgot, they used to! |

I first thought they would be like the braxtons, but they are completely different. Justin isn't a big time criminal like Brax was, he's just a slacker who gets himself into trouble. Brody and mason are just regular people really , same wih tori. The only connection to crime is via their parents being murdered forcing them into witness protection.
I wouldn't miss brody or mason if they left, but I really like Justin and tori . |

Mason's the best one, Justin and Tori are pretty good, but I can't stand Brodie at all.

They're just copies of the Braxtons and instead of creating a new version of them they should be bringing in a proper family with parents and kids.

They're not criminals like the Braxtons though - yes they are in witness protection but their circumstances are very different to the Braxtons.

Apart from Tori they consist of three brother. They're involved with Phoebe, live in the Braxton house and own the restaurant.
Although I do take your point, they are fairly different to the Braxtons in terms of who they are as characters though, the Braxtons were full-on criminals, the Morgans aren't. |

Gah Justin looks permanently constipated - with a sis as a doc he really should get help with that

I've not warmed to them but I dont dislike them either. Quite like Brody. Its more the characters involved with them that I cant stand EG. Phoebe - I was the same with the braxtons too. Didnt mind them but couldnt stand some of the other actors placed with them like Phoebe, Rickis dad/brother whoever he was, Josh, Kyle ...

I don't mind them I quite like the relationship developing with phoebe and tori is an interesting character. Give them time I think they will settle in well. I'm not so sure about some other characters though who have had time and not improved at all.

I really think the problem with home and away is it's totally gone away from its roots and the focus is constantly on the younger far less interesting characters who up and leave within a few years anyway.
Add to that the absolutely farcical retcon around vj and the show is unrecognisable from its golden years

I like them. Having said that, I am a relatively recent returnee to H&A after a very long absence, and I don't know these Braxton ones you speak of from Adam.
