The show is fine as it is. It's just background TV for a weekday evening, nothing to take too seriously. I doubt the beeb even care what ratings it gets.

I think Zoe's great, I think part of the reason she rushes is that they give her a lot to get through and not really enough time to do it. Except on Friday when it seems like they're struggling to fill the time. But I like it, Zoe's a nice person, a good presenter and if she gets Karen in most weeks, Ian in every week and Craig in regularly, she's not doing too badly.

I don't mind Zoe, but it's always a bit jarring watching old It Takes Twos on Youtube. Back then it was all Winkleman's low energy patter, soft lighting and relatively in-depth conversations. Now it's a bunch of manic shrieking and giggling in a hard-lit glitter emporium and only time for a few barked talking points before it's on to the next item. I'm not looking for journalistic integrity in my fluffy filler show-about-a-show but I do sometimes wonder what caused the change in styles.

Good points!

Zoe is capable of doing more in depth interviews, ad-libbing, interacting naturally, but ITT has to be tightly scripted to squeeze everything in. Zoe doesn't choose the intros or the content of the show.
I think she has done a good job and is capable of doing things differently in line with some of the preferences on here, but other people decide on the content and presentation of ITT.
It has to also fit with the main Shows.

Based on the past series of It Takes Two, and the weeks where Zoe (unfortunately) had to step in for Claudia on the main show two years ago, I've always thought the show would work better if they swapped jobs. Zoe is better at the instant empathy and Headline Points thing, and Claudia's better at teasing personality out of somebody and having fun with them over a slightly longer stretch of time. There are still both infinitely better in their positions than Tess is in hers.

Love Zoe on ITT. Much improved format with her. The fact she can dance and has been through the experience works. Good format. Chroeography Corner. Tunes on Tuesday and Waites Wednesday Warm up etc. Relationship with her and Ian fab.

Training footage really brings home more to the final Saturday dance.

Gethin on a Friday what's not to like
