Zoe is capable of doing more in depth interviews, ad-libbing, interacting naturally, but ITT has to be tightly scripted to squeeze everything in. Zoe doesn't choose the intros or the content of the show.
I think she has done a good job and is capable of doing things differently in line with some of the preferences on here, but other people decide on the content and presentation of ITT.
It has to also fit with the main Shows.
