People are saying judge Rinder or Greg. They're not good enough. That would be another repeat of Chris hollins' year when someone not good enough won. If Greg doesn't do well this week I could see him going out or in the bottom two at least. I know he's popular but don't know how he'll fare with the rumba

I can see it be exactly that - another Chris Hollins year because:
There will not be enough room for both Danny & Ore in the Final. Unfortunately, I think Danny will miss out because he came in at far too high a level and, therefore, had no journey. For that reason, I think he will be this year's shock boot leaving Ore to be the top male rep n the Final. His diviseness, however, will be his downfall
To mix it up, they will need a female and Louise will be it. Likeable and not divisive and a competent dancer to boot she will probably come in second. However, I think it will be difficult to split Ore & Lou on dancing levels only, thereby leaving...
...Rinder to storm through and win. Not a great dancer but hugely popular, he will win as 'The Humorous and Earnest Trier'. The initial level of dancing this year was so high meaning that personality and connection with the public will win the day...and he has that on side
That is not to say that is what I want. I can't stand Rinder!

I don't think Judge Rinder is popular enough to make it to the final, personally, and certainly not popular enough to win. He has his fans of course, but for most people he is a second favourite, with their first favourite being a bigger contender like Danny, Ore or Claudia.
I think he'll make it to Blackpool but not too much further - as much as I enjoy his partnership with Oksana, they are very much 'one note' and that note is already wearing thin with many.

Anything can happen, including this year injury and illness. Maybe the papers will rip someone apart, maybe someone will dramatically improve (translation: get better music). So much depends on who the judges are harsh on between Danny and Ore, and on Jo and Oti's choreography. But right now I can't see the judges ever letting Louise go home, and I can't see anyone other than Danny winning.

I think Ore will suffer from the Pixie effect at some point. Both were very good dancers but both suffered a backlash because of their personality. Already Ore is beginning to grate on people and I can't see someone that divisive making the final.

At the minute I think Ore and Danny are both pretty certain - unless they are both in the semi-final dance off.
Other than that it's down to popularity - Louse doesn't seem that popular on here, but according to somebody quoting a VouGov poll she's rocking with the outside world, so you'd tend to think that she will probably be the other.

I'm sorry but if Robert gets anywhere near the final it will be as big a disaster as Chris Parker, far bigger than Chris Hollins, who I actually like BTW.
Fun as he is if Robert gets in a dance off the judges will send him packing.
As for Greg, well I keep waiting for something to happen, for something to click with him, but if it dies t happen in the next couple of weeks, he'll be gone by the time it does click.

That's just it - short of having a complete dance meltdown, I have every faith that the GBP will never put him in a DO.

I'm hoping for a shock elimination where either Ore or Danny get kicked out, I just think it would mix it up a bit. I find both of them quite unlikeable and secretly very competitive, they both just take it a little too seriously. Its tough to call out of the girls, I think Louise is a safe bet but she will need to step it up a notch if she wants her place in the final to be deserved. I would really love Laura to make the final, I just don't get why the public don't take too her, she's lovely and having such a great time on the show. Any other year and I think she would of had a good chance of winning.

She can either get hard sloppy choreography from AJ, or she can go on a proper journey, pull out some brilliant routines and win the whole thing. I think if she nails some routines coming up she could win the hearts of many and she's not a trained dancer so I think the public will like her.
I don't get why the forum loves Daisy, she does not have the support, her dances are dull, the public thinks she is overrated and the only hope she has on getting to the final is if the judges repeatedly save her, forcing major backlash and being more disliked than she is now.
Rinder and Greg? Don't even go there, Rinder is a nice man but his dancing is tacky. Greg seems nice but he really is not a great dancer at all, and I don't care for nice people with dull dancing overstaying there time on the show, which he most certainly will.

I honestly don't know it is so very close. Although I am a big Ed fan,I think it is coming to the end of the line for him. If he stays in next week a good dancer will have to be sacrificed.I'd love to see Greg in the final but I think he is on shaky ground.
It's always a question of who meets who in the DO. The judges have given Louise a subtle warning and if she does not come alive and meets Danny or Ore in the DO then I think the man will be saved. I don't know who the judges would pick were it between Danny and Ore.
What I would like: Either Danny or Ore (not both), Robert and Daisy. I would be happy with Claudia as one of the final three also.

If being a Strictly fan has taught me one thing it is thatbyouncan NEVER rely on the GBP.
Chris Hollins won I think 7 years ago. Darren was what, 11 years ago? It's a different show now. The amount of training we see, the way ITT works, the amount of props the comedy contestants get landed with, etc etc - a different show and all the changes favour the dancers over the beginners. For the last 6 years by the final it's been a contest for the young, fit and the beautiful who could dance pretty well when they arrived - Kara, Harry, Louis, Abbey, Caroline, Jay. Maybe they were against someone who had even more dance training (usually slightly older as well) but no plucky learners who were rubbish on week one contestants have got to the final in years. Jeremy last year couldn't get to Blackpool. I don't buy that Ed, Greg or the Judge have a prayer of getting to the end. And that's as someone who likes them.

Interesting that quite a few people think that Danny is not going to make it. I honestly don't think that people care enough about his dance experience like some people do in this forum. Also from what I've noticed outside of this forum A LOT OF PEOPLE feel like he's constantly undermarked in comparison to Ore. I think that Danny will make the finale but I'm not sure he'll win. If Ore is there as well, he has a greater chance of winning because again from what I've noticed, Ore seems pretty divisive.
