Has anyone else ever wanted their voice mail on EE switched off permanently and find it either switches itself back on or you get charged for calling voicemail when you haven't, or both? It happens all the time with me

Have you tried #004#? This disables all diverts.

*004# to re-enable them.

Don't know about EE but this was ineffective in the days of Orange!! No matter what you did to diverts affecting the answerphone the network reset these.

You had to request "manual control of diverts" to stop this (and find a CS person who understood!)

Texting VM OFF to 150 should disable voicemail diverts permanently.

That must be quite new! On Orange it took much persuasion.

It works on EE - remember, EE is based on T-Mobile infrastructure, not Orange.
