That is true of all goods. Also a shop with low overheads can charge less than one in a prime location with higher staff ratio and higher overheads. But you have to take into account the quality of the fabric, how the scalf is made - screen-printed, hand painted, mass-produced, depth and clarity of colour, originality of design, size, and exclusivity.
