why on earth would a store with Liberty's reputation risk having this bunch of amateurs interact with their precious customers?
I do agree with you, as it's quite shuddering for them to be there

The scalves are quite beautiful, in fabulous fabrics, many are hand-dyed, and hand made; most are unique. Why shouldn't someone buy beautiful things if they can afford to?
