Walford replaces Bromley By Bow on the map. It would be silly to get the tube as the district line doesn't go anywhere near Stratford. DLR a much better idea.

On the tube map Walford East replaces Bromley-by Bow.
So you would take the District/Hammersmith & City Line to West Ham and change for Jubilee Line to Stratford. It's probably about right!

It is right as I imagine they are thinking Walford is (imaginery) near Bromley-by-Bow. I live down the road in Barking & Dagenham and its not far to Stratford - 30 mins on tube.

Source: Lived in Stratford. District to West Ham and then jubilee to Stratford is 2 stops on 2 trains. Totally would take 10 minutes! |

Used to live on Bromley but bow and I used to go shopping in Stratford. I swear I got the tube and not the DlR.
