I think when Philth attacked her in the bar she didn't wear her false eyelashes, so use to seeing her with them it was nice to see her dressed down and not all glamed up for once.

I'm not sure, it might just be the over the top fake tan, but she looked like someone with a caked up face with nothing on the eyes/lips. it was kind of odd. Not that I'm criticizing the actress' appearance, but it's hard to look 'natural' with dark tan.

It's not the first time since her '12 return. I remembered she wore no make-up and looked like a mess in the aftermath of her attack in '14. She did look different last night and I'm guessing this is why the crew department gives Sharon OTT makeup in the majority of episodes.

I was surprised by the comments about her looks in the main episode thread but the lack of makeup on Sharon didn't bother me. I think the character was supposed to be tired because she looked worn out.

I think Letitia would look a lot better without that heavy tan. It's way too heavy and doesn't look natural at all. She might even look better with no tan at all. I dunno. I have noticed a line where her tan stops, so unless the producers want Sharon to be tanned. If so, they've went over the top with it.

I thought I must've missed an episode when I saw the thread title.

The scenes with the 'girls' upstairs in the Vic with no make up on wearing their scruffs and onesies was a really good selection of scenes. It makes such a difference from soap stars being presented as perfectly coiffed and made up beings 24/7 which we get so much these days *cough* Kym Marsh *cough*

She needs to keep them in...the look was terrifing. I guess she was wearing her halloween costume early? I guess it shows if you always have something done not having them done can be a strange/scary sight.
