Anyone know how long she is back for? Im wondering if she will stick around this time, plenty of scope for her with a new sibling on its way.

Not sure what they could find for her to do in Walford on a full time basis though

Let's see, work on the market, behind the bar in the Vic or Albert, Chippy, café, Beale's restaurant, Mitchell auto's, Coker's undertakers. Belinda's salon or with Denise in the shop, plenty of choice the world is her oyster.

Well she seems to have gone down the "full time academic" route so she could easily write books/research papers from home.

I prefer her popping back now and again. It's realistic. I wished that they could do it more with past characters but I understand why they can't.

Yeah I suppose that would make sense.

Very few people actually do, so it would be quite realistic in that respect.

Also is her degree actually in a subject that would be useful in the world of work many aren't.

I'd rather see Chelsea pop back for a visit now and then

don't get me wrong, it is nice to see a daughter visit her mother, but Denise has two daughters

Wasn't it English? I think she may have been studying for her masters too but I cannot remember if that's the case.

She's been at Oxford for quite some years and seems committed so would be a bit daft if she came back and worked in the chippy.

She is mentioned occasionally by Denise and Kim she's not been completely forgotten about.

Yes but a lot of people do though, some do it to simply avoid getting a job that pays over the amount where they have to pay back their student loans.

Some see 'going to uni' as just a fashionable thing to do. they have no intention of actually gaining a career from it.

Because she has family on the square Vas.

I don't think Libby is boring, it's a refreshing change to see a Walford kid turn out almost normal. She's got a good career and it makes sense for her to turn up now she's got another sibling on the way.

She is close to her mother, auntie and surrogate grandfather. Plus she has a little cousin in Pearl.

Rumour has it she's going to be running McClunkys in a bid to save it from being declared bankrupt since Bianca and her sprogs left the square.

She works at the uni now, they said she got a research position I think. Or some sort of teaching assistant job.

Oh yes I seem to remember something like that now, I'm with you on this one I would be happy to see her back and don't think "normal" characters like her are necessarily boring that depends on the writing and with the improvements there she could be interesting with the other developments in the Fox family.

Only if they recast the role. I hated the actress with a passion so she needs to stay away, please.

Exactly.

With Denise suddenly doing her GCSEs, maybe Libby could get involved with that. She might take a fancy to Denise's Dishy Dane. She could get a journalist job at the Walford gazette, become manager at the community centre, become the local librarian, open her own book shop or take on teaching work.

While she's a little older, I can see her getting on well with Johnny.
