Wonderful round Izzie! I liked how it was actually Bonfire Night themed and not just lots of songs with 'fire' in the title.

Thank you. It was very much a case of sticking random, Bonfire-related words in Spotify and hoping for anything that vaguely resembled one of the Strictly dances.

Were you getting desperate when you typed in "bad Catholics"? I can picture your amazement to find that there was actually a song called that.

Oh, no that was standard 'Catholics' with 'Bad Catholics' being the first thing that came up! My biggest surprise was their being a song actually called 'Catherine Wheel'.

If Strictly did a Bonfire Night themed week it'd probably be Firework by Katy Perry and then loads of other songs vaguely related like Ore's "I Want Candy" Charleston. Thankfully the people on DS are much more imaginative when it comes to song choices.

I still have Strictly's Love Week (with anything that had Love in the title) and Around the World (anything vaguely mentioning a country) etched into my brain.

Even with six couples, they still managed to cram America in twice with 'Around the World' week! The mind boggles.

Yesterday thirteen couples fizzled and banged as we celebrated Bonfire Night. One of those couples didn't set the world alight though and will be going much the same way Mr Guido Fawkes himself did. Although probably with less disembowelment.

Straight into the next round with 0 votes are...

That leaves us with two couples teetering on the brink with 7 votes each:

Len Goodman & Natalie Lowe vs. Vladamir Putin & Karen Clifton

Apparently, as far as our voters are concerned, these couples didn't cahm aht and give it plenny'er welly! They're also tied in the vote so I have conferred with Queenie and the couple with the lowest average will be leaving.

That couple is...

Apparently this is one website the Russians didn't manage to hack.

To be honest, I only wanted Vladimir to stay in so I could make him dance to Rasputin. Anything after that was just a bonus.

Again, fabulous round Izzie. And I'm sure East's round will be equally so.
