There was only one person overmarked on Saturday and that was Ed Balls.

disagree about Claudia - I thought she did a beautiful dance and I was a little surprised not to see a 10 to be honest

disagree completely with the judges about this being Louise's breakthrough dance, still the same beige, boring, robotic routine as always - dreadfully overmarked on what was a mediocre charleston

Louise needs to watch Robert and Ed intently to see HOW to inject ones personality into a dance

You often see the professionals dancing to a song that isn't an obvious choice for the dance they're doing ( when they're accompanying a guest singer for example ) but it is still performed as the dance it's meant to be.
It's the mark of a very good dancer to be able to perform a dance outstandingly well to an unusual choice of music, and Claudia did that.
Unless the music is in completely the wrong time signature for the dance it isn't the wrong music.

I saw elements of hip hop in their Charleston. Wasn't charleston enough for me”

I didn't understand why the judges went into overdrive about Louise's dance - I don't think she upped her performance at all. I think, for a professional dancer, - she comes across, as someone else mentioned, very robotic with a fixed smile.
