I don't think he used social media for feedback because if he did, he would have introduced 'happier' storylines, got rid of a few characters eg: Abi, Babe and reversed/backtracked some controversial decisons. Eg: the retcon of 'Hello Princess', Eric Mitchell, Gavin.

Lauren and Whitney are best friends and I find it bizarre she won't turn up to Whitney's wedding. They could explain that Lauren is off sick or Louie is poorly and she needs to look after him.
