Would love to see this happen. Hayley was a massive character and fan favourite

That should say in talks to return in the title, just saw my error!

That'd be great if Hayley comes back to the Bay. I can't see Bec returning permanently but a guest stint is the likeliest option. Irene and Hayley's relationship was very special and Hayley was like a daughter to Irene and she would be over the moon to see Hayley again if Bec agrees to a return stint. Irene and Hayley's goodbye scene was very emotional in end of 2005 but it felt really odd having Ella Scott Lynch playing Hayley when she was sharing scenes with Irene.

If they're in talks to bring back Hayley, can the bosses persuade Kate Ritchie to return again as Sally?

Kate Ritchie has already said she will go back for the thirtieth. As Kate and Bec are besties, it would be great if Sally and Hayley had some scenes together.

When that Ginger woman took over it was the most random thing ever. Though I actually liked that actress she should have been cast in a whole new role!
I haven't watched H&A properly in years, i find it a bit of an odd show these days.

The recast basically destroyed the character.

The recast was very strange as Hayley had been there for so long and Bec had just won a Logie so they literally replaced Australia's Most Popular Actress with someone who looked absolutely nothing like her! Thankfully it was only for a few months

I agree, I would have loved to see the character back if it wasn't recast but it just wouldn't be the same even if Bec came back into the role
