Corrie - what the hell??
Seriously?? Are we supposed to believe the fake blood thing. I mean Kirk said something like it looks convincing, but it wasn't even red, it looked brown or black. It's completely rediculous. The whole thing is rediculous.

It probably is really blood. Caz could have cut herself on purpose and put some on the wall. The rug was missing too - killers always get rid of the rug. Looks like Caz has set Maria up for some serious trouble.

Blood does discolour when it dries and gets old. |

I can't take it seriously at all. Doesn't help that I have lost the thread of the whole plot. Feels like I have missed a few scenes when I know I haven't.

Surely the police could take a sample of the 'blood' and find out quickly if its fake?

Eh? The blood was clearly real. Caz is loopy enough to slash herself and smear the blood down the wall knowing that the police would test it and find it to be hers! That's rhe whole point, she has gone to extreme lengths to incriminate Maria in her disappearance. I don't got how people are confused. Caz's sly smiles over the past few episodes show she was up to something.

Sounds like they're going for a version of the book/film 'Gone Girl'

Edit: What's more, in next week's episodes Maria finds
Spoiler
Caz has REALLY thought this through!! |

Oh, it was blood? I thought someone had staged a "dirty protest" in Maria's flat

I do envy Wethrfield their police force. Maria comes home to find her flat trashed, and five minutes later the plods are round accusing her of murder

yes it is totally ridiculous - firstly she has an solid alibi as she was in London - yes she may implicate herself by admitting she was with her "husband" and get done for marrying him to stay in country but as far as hurting Caz - story gone too far

I'm so sick of Caz. I never took to her as a serious character from the beginning

This idea that caz is so terrified of maria is laughable and completely ruins the whole storyline. Yes maria went a bit loopy with Tyrone when she had her breakdown but this is completely different and obviously we'll have those that have known her for years wondering whether she's done something to army girl caz.Hopefully this ends soon.

So somehow we are meant to believe Maria murdered Caz, rolled her body up in a rug and got it down the stairs and out onto the street and presumably into her car without anyone noticing? Funny as you have every nosy bastard and random character bumping into each other every 5 minutes so somebody would have noticed if this was the case.
But of course this is the Weatherfield plod, and Maria will be automatically guilty and no doubt those close to her will think she is a killer. Corrie logic at its finest. |

Do the spoilers suggest that there is speculation that Maria murdered Caz? Surely it's simply assumed that Maria has hurt Caz in some way. There is no way they would be looking at murder without any real evidence surely?

If only Caz was really dead, can they lock her up already. Everyone will turn against Maria, only Aiden will believe her and it will be the start of an 'epic love affair'.
